This is the official Troparion and Kontakion to St. Sophrony the Athonite, spiritual son of St. Silouan the Athonite and founder of St. John the Baptist Monastery in Essex, England. According to my source, these hymns come directly from the Monastery and are blessed for services.
Troparion (Tone 4):
Thou didst prophetically live thy life, and hast become a light of theology, being full of grace and truth; Thou hast seen the Word made flesh, and made known to us the ways of salvation. O Father Sophrony, ever pray to God that He grant us His great mercy.
Kontakion (Tone 3):
Fired by the Spirit, which thou didst seek with great desire, thou hast become all fire by partaking therein, O thou who wast caught up of God. For thou hast seen the Light of Christ, as far as is given to man, and wast filled with many gifts of grace, whereby thou dost bountifully enlighten all the Church, O most blessed Sophrony.
